So, Everyone  Hello......

I am looking into selling my two GTX 680's and trading in for a Titan or 780Ti or 780. However reading lately their is a lot of news about the new chip set 800 series coming out soon. Would it be worth buying a Titan Black or a 780 / 780ti now or should I wait. I run triple monitors currently so I need cards that pump out power. I love the new Poseidon 780, and the EVGA 780 ti Superclocked. I really do not know what to do - please helps / assist.

Unless you are planning to do professional rendering or something like that the 2600K you have now its more than enough (I hope this upgrade is for something like that)

Also, your 850w PSU is more than enough for that new build. 1200w is way overkill.

I want something I can trust for the future and will have enough power even if the power supply degrades.

They have a stepup program, so if you buy a 780 and within 90 days the 880 comes out, you can upgrade for free.

I would do that, however the problem is that will the new cards come out during that time.

I would love to stick with my current 2nd generation core i7, however I'd love to leverage the extra power from PCI Express 3.0 with SLI. I'm just now starting to work on short films and game music videos. I may just end with the 4 core version. I'd just love to be able to not touch the machine after I'm done. This massive upgrade will most likly be my last, I may even stick with my current motherboard and move to the 3770k.

Leverage PCI-E 3.0? there is no noticeable difference between the 2 unless you look very carefully?
