New headphone

So ive had siberia v2 for like a year or two and they are pretty much starting to fall apart so I decidet to step away from "gaming" headsets and go to real audiophile grade headphones. Now I like bass but Im not a real "basshead" I would like them to be open as I want to experience the soundstage. I mostly listen to EDM, techno, hip hop and some rap aswell as vocals. My budget is about 200euro/250dollars, and Also im using Asus Maximus VI hero mobo and will be getting O2 amp from Mayflower. Thanks!

It's all a matter of opinion. I'd highly suggest you try at least something out in-store. Even just listening to one headphone and letting us know what you like/dislike about it could get you some better advice. Was there anything you specifically liked/disliked about the V2's?

I liked the bass of V2 but didnt like the clarity of highs, mids and lows. I live in Croatia which is a little "uneducated" country about technology so there arent much stores whit headphones except beats.. I would order my headphones from amazon.

I suspect you'd prefer DT 990's.

I really want the Fostex Ver 3 from Mayflower but do not have the money right now and i believe those are closed. Like ShearMe said, DT990 would be pretty good. Sennheisers are less bassy so if you want bass, I wouldn't go for Senns.
