Having you tried onboard graphics or are you running AMD? Also if you have more than one PCIe slot trying putting the card in that one.

do you have any lights on your mobo? if you don't have a code readout then there should be 4 potential lights and the most likely one in this case is the VGA light.

I’m not seeing any lights on the mobo. It’s a asrock z170

I sure hope not, z170 is for intel.

The only thing changed is we have a Radeon rx570. Evga 500w power supply is in there now too. Below is everything else! Any help would be greatly appreciated

just from a quick glance it looks like you don't have a Hard Drive plugged in. go through and make sure all your sata drives and unplug them and back in. if you have an NVMe take it out and put it back in. Also did you switch to a different mobo and CPU or is that what you had to begin with?

That’s exactly what the issue was. Sorry for no update. Some loose cables and rewiring got it all fixed 🙂 thank you for your help.
