Work PC

So I need to build a work pc that is basic. My work is mainly reading and typing emails, no rendering or anything PC intensive. I still want my pc to be beautiful, small and look professional. Should I use intergraded graphics or a graphics card?  Also what parts do you guys think will be perfect for this PC, especially what case? Any other tips and suggestions?

Based on that workflow, save yourself some time and money and just go for an iGPU. You'll have to go Intel in this case, but if you're doing nothing intensive and want to be able to get hold of the parts, then that should be fine.

Desktop - i5-9600KF @4.8GHz all core, MSI Z390-A PRO, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz, MSI GTX 1660S OC 6GB, WD Blue 500GB M.2 SSD, Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM HDD

Laptop - ASUS ZenBook 14 with ScreenPad, i7-1165G7, Xe iGPU 96EU, 16GB Octa-Channel 4200MHz, MX450 2GB, 512GB SSD with 32GB Optane

Old Laptop 1 - HP Pavilion 15, A10-9600P, R5 iGPU, 8GB, R8 M445DX, 2TB HDD

Old Laptop 2 - HP Pavilion 15 TouchSmart, i3-3217U, Intel HD 4000, 4GB, 1TB HDD

iPad 2018 - 128GB

iPhone XR - 128GB

Budget? Region?

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Here's a list I'd recommend off the top of my head:

• Motherboard: ASRock H570M-ITX/ac ($140): It may not be a dazzler to you, but there are very few options at lower price points.

• CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F ($150 ish): All the performance you'll need & a decent iGPU at a great price.

• RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 C16 ($90): Though it sounds like overkill for an email machine, CPUs with iGPUs benefit quite a bit from better memory.

• Storage: 500GB Western Digital WD_Black SN750 ($70): NVMe Gen 3 is probably overkill for this rig, but the value simply can't be beat.

• Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR200P ($130): A fairly simplistic yet aesthetically pleasing case that will seat the rest of your components nicely.

• PSU: Corsair SF450 Gold ($115): It's ironic that smaller = more expensive with PC parts, but this unit will work perfectly in this build.

I don't have much experience with ITX builds, so a cooler for that 10400F is something someone else can hopefully come through on if you choose this path.

Integrated graphics is fine unless you plan on having multiple 4k monitors.
