Old Laptop Upgrade

Dell Precision m65 is my old laptop.

I would like to upgrade the specs on it but I really dont know whats the best processor that this pc can handle. Can anyone help ?
I get so confused with the processor names and I cant really afford buying the wrong processor. If anyone has some ram recommendations as well that would be greatly appreciated (:

There are very few laptops that can have the CPU upgraded, I doubt this is one of them.

It isn't worth it, judging by that sticker. It's really old, and even in its most powerful spec it will still be many years obsolete.

well it will mostly be used for browsing and word. I dont mind spending more for an ssd as i can reuse it later and the cpu and ram should be cheap as even best processor should be older by todays standard. Also the cpu is upgradable, I just dont know what cpu would fit in its socket.

yes it is. I opened the pc and it has a cpu in a socket. I am just not sure which processor would fit it.
