4000d airflow vs 5000d airflow vs Fractal meshify c

I have to decide between the cases above. I have an aircooled 3600 and a 2070 super btw with an ATX mobo. Choice based on how easy it is to build in, cable management, and how clean it looks

5000D is bigger than the other two, so right off the bat, you just need to decide how big you want to go. Personally, I'd go smaller, unless you have a bunch of drives of the SATA variety. Especially with M.2s, modern systems are so compact that big cases look like gaping chasms of emptiness.

 

4000D is a bit more modern. I like the look of it better overall than the Meshify C. However, it lacks certain niceties like rubber grommets that can make the build look cleaner. Though, the 4000D is probably easier to build in.

 

If you can find a Meshify 2 Compact, that would be your best bet, though. Pretty much the same as Meshify C, with improvements to all the little niggles about the original, such as a front panel that's not completely removable. The top panel is also removable, which makes it a lot easier to build in.
