watercooling is going to limit you with other parts at that price point and will be noisier than air cooling.

What country do you live in and what peripherals if any do you need (monitor, mouse, keyboard etc..)?

Yes the H60 is just for the CPU. What I'm saying is that the H60 will be considerably noisier than an air cooler with the same price and won't really give you better performance. For a 1000$ build I wouldn't recommend watercooling due to the costs.

do you have a preference on a case?

if not, which describes what you want better: simple, or style?

^^ this ^^

To the OP: If the extra $96 is an issue you could drop the SSD and find a cheaper case, but all around that's a really solid build that will play all basically all games maxed at 1080p.

I'm that guy with the GPD Win.

I like it :D will this setup run BF4 and FF:ARR maxed out ?

Here's an alternative build I would recommend (sorry for the long wait, I was trying to make a build that looked nice haha)

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3js9S
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3js9S/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($179.99 @ Amazon) (better performance than the 8320 in the other build, less power consumption)
CPU Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-BK 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler  ($49.98 @ OutletPC) (black CPU cooler with a blue LED. Not necessary because you won't overclock a 4440 much, but the black heatsink will look waaaay nicer than the ugly gray of most other coolers in this build)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($122.98 @ SuperBiiz) (great board that supports SLI. If you think you're never gonna SLI, then you can go for a cheaper gigabyte H87 board instead of this Z87 one)
Memory: Kingston Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($64.99 @ Newegg) (cheap RAM that is also blue, looks amazing and super reliable. Probably the best RAM i've ever had)
Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk  ($119.99 @ Adorama) (cheap, fast, reliable)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($54.99 @ NCIX US) (cheap, fast, reliable)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card  ($309.99 @ NCIX US) (cheap, quiet, cools well)
Case: Corsair 350D MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($79.99 @ Newegg) (windowed case that has great cable management and doesn't cost too much)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($39.99 @ NCIX US) (best PSU for the price at the moment)
Total: $1022.89
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-03-31 00:31 EDT-0400)

If you want to cut costs a little to more in the 900$ price point, you could get a 120GB Crucial M500 instead and an H87 motherboard (provided you are not going to SLI later on), as well as the stock intel CPU fan (comes with your CPU, but is loud and ugly)

Why get a z-87 board with a non-oc-able cpu?

here is my personal recomendation for you sir, has 2 way sli upgradability for the future , also you can throw in 2 more sticks of beautiful RAM for 16gb in the future so tons of upgrades the PSU should be more than enough for those upgrades as well. ITS black and dark and beautiful in a sleek case and the SSD will be more than enough for an OS and the TB drive for everything else. everything matches as far as colors go and it is the best bang for the buck in my opinion here is a break down

HDMI.

In that case, I added a monitor and left out a few things that weren't really needed. It's only 21.5", but size doesn't matter imo.
