Drive C error?

For some weeks now just before I get to the login page I get a message saying" To skip disk checking, press any key within 10 seconds(s)" and when I am using my pc, I sometimes get the message on my notif bar "restart to repair disk" but even if I restart my pc nothing happens and that notif still shows. How can I remove these two messages? One thing I found online was to disable fast boot but it was already disabled. Any suggestions? or is my c drive really about to die ( it's a m.2 drive that is less than 1 year old)

chkdsk c: /f

 

and just see what happens.

it said it will check it after I restart...
