Ok so my gpu usage drops to 0 while playing games, almost every game crashes or freezes even old games like csgo that is cpu heavy game or a game like gta 5 and red dead redemtion or doom eternal it all crashes or freezes. So i check msi afterburner after 1 crash and i see everything seems ok but the gpu usage it just drops from 90 to 0 or from 30 to 0 (because my gpu is stronger than my cpu maybe the issue is bottlenecking) and i need to mention my psu is good i checked it it is of well quality i even switched psu-es to see if that is a problem and i bought a new gpu because i wanted an upgrade. I think it is a cpu issue or maybe a ram issue but im just not sure and i need help before i do something.

specs:

GTX 1660

ryzen 2400 g (integrated gpu is disabled)

8 gb ram 3200 mhz (motherboard supports max 2900)

psu is 700 W it is healty and it has enough power

go 750 or 800w psu , might add power to stop from crashing. ik u said it isnt ur psu BUT it could always be a dead psu. do you have any overclocking? , take it off see if it works. even cpu oc ,OFF. 'gpu oc , OFF. all of your oc should be off.

i5-9400f

corsair 16gb (2x8) kit + 4x1 gb microsoft stick both 2666

asrock b350m pro4 lga 1151

intel ax-210 wifi card

msi rx 580 8gb

nzxt h510 airflow case white

650w thermaltake gold

512gb nvme

1tb wd blue

1tb seagate external

those specs use under 300w of power so power is not an issue

games freezing is usually not related to psu in any way.

also single stick of ram will give stutters. do you have 1x8gb of 3200mhz? also enabled XMP? No motherbaord supports only 2900mhz. its IMC limit not motherboard limikt
