OS Installation Problems

I've recently completed a build (you can view the hardware here) but I'm not able to install Windows 7 64-bit.

When it restarts (part of the installation process) it gets stuck in an infinite reboot loop. I've tried clearing the CMOS but it still gets stuck in a reboot loop. I'll be able to post pics in a week or so but if you know a way I can break the loop I'd appreciate the help.

You ever tried flashing the BIOS?

Did you remove the media from which you installed the OS?

 

Other than the hard drive from your PCPartPicker page, do you have any others plugged in?
