I don't know of any controllers that support that many fans/pumps but what you could do is use combiners(?) to take all the fans from 1 rad wire them to the same control port on the controller since they will all be running at the same speed anyway. Rinse and repeat for each of the rads and then do individual ports for the pumps.

I'll be honest though, not sure how many you can connect via splitters and still get proper power for each. Even connecting 12 fans per controller could be pushing it.

With that many fans spend the money on an Aquaro with some Mod My Toys PCB Splitters will have you right. 1 splitter PCB per bank of fans using 1 channel on the Aquaro. You can probably do the same with the pumps.

If I have got this correct, I can power them from anywhere as they are all pwm fans and only the control cable need to be connected to the fan controller (most likely an aquaero 6). I did see a video of them using one to power 20 fans on one channel so think this should meet my needs.
