sli not working

im trying to sli my 2 'gtx 560 ti' cards and i have the bridge connected and it nvidia control panel downloaded but it wont sli. My motherboard is a Asus Prime x570-pro

It is working as intended. As in it is not. Your board doesn't support sli.

The X570-Pro does support SLI.

 

OP, how are you enabling SLI? In NVidia Control Panel or somewhere else?

Today has not been a good day for numbers with me it seems. Once again switched things up and got a different board. My apologies for the confusion. Another issue that there might be is the new version of windows 10 vs old legacy drivers.

well the tested motherboard that worked with the sli has an AMD 3+ socket which uses a phenom II 1100T CPU and it cant use my Ryzen 5 3600

How do you know it is not enabled?
Do you have the SLI bridge connected?

Ok so that isn't just a different board but a different system. What os is it running? And if it is windows 10 what version? The gtx 560 hasn't gotten a driver update in a long time so this can easily just be a case of old drivers not working.

the system that works is Windows 10 Home, the system that doesn't work is Windows 10 Pro

i can boot it up from the windows 10 home hard drive if you want

They are in the first and second pcie slot right? (the grey metal ones).

yes, they are in the top 2 slots

So I already posted this but it was 5 hours ago but it still hasn’t been solved
