I have had my computer for a while now, and it have been completly fine and games have been running very good. But in the last 3/5 months i have realised alot of game stuttering and lagging. I dont know what the problem is. I have been trying to find a way to fix the issue on google and I have gotten alot of different answers like: Buy a new cpu or get more ram or  close apps that are running in the background. I have been running stuff in the background and found no problems in the last 2 years until now, so I dont think thats the problem, and why would I have to buy a new cpu if I have been using the same specs for years with no problem and been running the same games. I even played tf2 and the game was stuttering!

Your lack of context, information, and evidence you have gained, makes this impossible to answer. For such a generic, open-ended response, many of us would recommend something that you have already found on google.

See if you have a restore point from more than 5 months ago and use that. You will lose a lot of programs, but none of your data, documents, or folders. If TF2 still stutters then u got a problem probably outside of software.

Fuck you scalpers, fuck you scammers, fuck all of you jerks that charge way too much to tech-illiterate people.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

You can try, I can neither recommend or discourage it though.
