Alright guys, I have just upgraded my pc just a little I built the pc about a year ago. It’s a ryzen 7 2700x 1660super on a as rock steel legend. It had the stock cooler until today I took the stock cooler off and replaced it with a Corsair h60 I also replaced my ram from a 16gb kit to a 32 gb kit. Before I left I reset my pc so that when I got home I could reinstall windows on my new ssd I got home it was in the process of setting up the new windows on the old hard drive asking me what language I prefer. I didn’t want windows on that hard drive so I simply shut it down and got to work changing parts out. I left the old hard drive in for extra storage changed the ram and the cooler. Now it will turn on all the fans will spin lights will come on but then it doesn’t post and turns off and on. I have checked the cpu no bent pins although I didn’t take it out so I didn’t think that would be the issue. I have reseated ram graphics card and even went back to the old ram and old cooler. Nothing still boot looping with no post. Please any advice will help.

Did you twist the cooler to free it from the CPU when you changed them out?  I'd check that the CPU pins are OK and that it is seated properly on top of what @Chris Pratt suggested if it doesn't help.

Okay I have already checked the pins. Nothing bent or missing I checked with a magnifying glass. Also already reset the cmos. @si1enze
