10.0.0.1

Or run ipconfig in command prompt and look for default gateway

Quick google around is telling me the default web interface IP is 192.168.0.1.

A way to confirm is from a PC on the LAN, type 

ipconfig

Then the Default Gateway IP will be your router, in a simple setup.
