Annoying overlay randomly pops up in some games

Hi so when I play some games I get this really annoying overlay that pops up seemingly at random I dont know what causes it and I've looked everywhere but can't find a way to get rid of it any help would be much appreciated there is a screenshot of the overlay

Knowing what software you have open will help. There are too many options to be guessing.

Well i dont know what software is causing it thats the problem yesterday i even uninstalled anything that isnt a game or cant be uninstalled and its still happening
