Ethernet speed lower than other devices

I have been only getting about 30-36 mbps according to google’s speed tests. However, I am paying for 200mbps and all my other wireless devices reach 150mbps+. I tried using the wifi but I only get between 15-24 mbps or less. So I wonder if perhaps my Motherboard is the issue or if it isnt optimized. I bought a prebuilt a year ago because I didnt want to mess anything up as my confidence was fairly lacking, but after reading cyber power’s customer service reviews and dealing with them myself, I feel as equiped as they are to deal with the issues. If anyone could also recommend any possible upgrades I would also appreciate it! Specs in screenshot of the email invoice
