From Yesterday I had  random reboot, lost of signals and one one boot strange pixelated artifacts on windows, totally random..

What I've tried :

Reinstall drivers with DDU
Delete last windows updates
Clear CMOS
Reinstall windows..

Only thing which worked is removing the GPU completely and running on iGpu.

i'm so annoyed and angry right now

My rig :  9900k / maximus hero XI / Seasonic Prime ultra 1000W

The card is Asus Strix 3090OC, I've never oc it besides factory pc and temps have always been fine

Without the GPU, no crashes.

i've contacted asus andh the seller and they told me they might have some GPU soon I hope i won't have to wait too long since i work from home and also do graphic design (illustrator and movie edition on internal gpu won't be good)

Could it be something else than the gpu? Without It i has no crashed but maybe the pcie port?

Thanks!

Not really, no. Sounds a lot like an issue with the VRAM. You could try using Afterburner to drop the VRAM clocks and see if that stabilizes things, but you should really RMA it.
