USB Port Power Surge

My motherboard is the Gigabyte B550M DS3H and only a few of the USB works. I have 4 USB devices, but only 2 of them are working. I have tried uninstalling the USB controller, but that didn't work. Any help would be helpful.

 

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600 CPU

RX 560X GPU

Windows 10 20H2

Please help my mic and headphones are not being detected. I can't work like this.
