Looks Good to me. 

If youre thinking about getting a rtx 3080 the ryzen 5900x is proberly a better Match with the 3080 but you are going to pay a loz more.

 

So are you buying for scalpers or are you trying to get it from a vendor ?

Im gonna get it from a vendor, In sweden we can get a 3080 Strix OC for about 1200 USD and a 3070 Strix OC for about 900 USD.

Looks good to me as well. Only things I'd change is get 2x16GB ram for better upgradeability, and perhaps CL16 (3600). I would also get a WD SN750 drive - Samsung ones are usually too expensive for what they bring.
