 Any for $250ish?

even if they were at msrp currently the 3060 is (or should be) $329. now there is no video card except maybe a gt1030 for that price. or maybe a 1050ti if you are lucky but you already have one so an gpu upgrade is pretty much impossible to that budget.

'Budget' and 'RTX' are just about as oxymoronic as it gets in these days of crazy GPU pricing. OP is better off looking at used GPUs like the RTX 2060 Super, but it's not gonna be cheap either....

Even an RTX 2060, which is the least powerful RTX card currently on the used market, is going for way more than $250.
