Also Chrome is known for stressing SSDs due to sustained r/w activity.

You should really put that computer on a diet and start removing rubbish software. Windows comes with everything you need to keep it working smoothly: disk defrag and a cleanup tool that gets rid of temp and unnecesary files, basically what stuff like ASC or the infamous Ccleaner do with its spaghetti code and services.

Boot into safe mode (u can google how to do that), and uninstall everything made by iobit. None of it actually speeds up your computer because with proper maintenance it will actually be faster than one cleaned by iobit.
