I have started a new thread to get away from the dead hell that was the one I started earlier.

I came up with a cart for redoing my loop, suggestions?

Pictures are in my build log that is linked in my signature, please refer to the latest ones. I can't post them here because I'm on my Chromebook. The pump will be oriented the other way, facing the reservoir once I get done.

Thanks.

If at all possible I recommend trying an out of case test to see if there are any leaks. Then re fit any fittings where water had leaked out. If it occurs again you could try an epoxy as I had suggested before to seal the gaps between the tubing and the fittings then test it once again. If you experience no leaks then  place everything in the case.

I can try the epoxy as a temp fix, but I really want to move away from the acrylic hell that is my water loop.

It's mostly for safety of your components. It's not very appealing but if it prevents damage that is more important. That's why I'd recommend double-checking to make sure you don't need it before applying it because it's unnecessary if the loop is working properly without.
