Round riser cables?

A few months ago Linus did a video about a server I believe from some company that used a very long round riser cable for the GPUs so wondering if anyone knows if there is a company that actually makes those or if more than likely they had them custom made?

It's called oculink cable and while likely they're custom made, there's also a bunch of them in the internet mostly they're converting ethier pcie x4 or ngff nvme into 2.5 inch pcie sdd

Sort of u.2 replacement

 

Or other various stuff but there is also a "beefed up" version of it that can carry upto x8 lanes
