I was playing warzone and I realized I was getting stuttering  because of high vram usage (I have 3 G vram) but I am using around 2.7 Gigs, why?

Think youve answered your question there. Turn down the eyecandy to lower the vram usage at around below 70-80% to give the GPU some overhead. Also, game settings breakdown would be better than just VRAM usage, so someone can recommend you a lower, but still competitive settings.

I lowered all my settings to the lowest and sometimes I even try 720 P but my room stays at 90% with 1080p or with 720p it won’t budge and studding/hitching is very much noticeable

What is your CPU?My Ryzen 3 1200 struggles on warzone with a RX 580 4 GB (which is better than yours).

This might explain the stutters
