Ok, will post relevant details from the crash, and my thoughts below that

___

INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR (a0)
The power policy manager experienced a fatal error.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000010e, The disk subsystem returned corrupt data while reading from the
    hibernation file.
Arg2: 000000000000000a
Arg3: 000000000000e759, Incorrect checksum
Arg4: 0000000000008436, Previous disk read's checksum
DUMP_FILE_ATTRIBUTES: 0x9
  Hiber Crash Dump
  Kernel Generated Triage Dump
___

The 2nd dump is something I've never seen before.

Explorer (the Windows GUI shell) crashed on generating a network icon via

IMAGE_NAME:  pnidui.dll
__

Are you putting your system into Hibernation? This seems to cause issues with desktops that don't honour suspend from power and resume from power. It's also possible the Hibernation file is corrupted (which might indicate a corrupted hard drive)

So, check the health of your hard drives, turn off (for the time being) going into Hibernation, instead either shut down the system or just turn off the monitor.

thank you I will check the disks. do you think crystaldisk is ok?

I prefer the software made for the disks by the manufacturer, but CD should be okay. HDTune is also very good at testing drives
