It's an old AGP card. Based on the blurry picture you took, it's a GeForce 2 MX of some sort.

Can you take a clear shot of the CPU die (the big chip in the middle with NVidia's logo on it), please?

I beg to differ. It's still a fine card for retro gaming.

 

OP, if you aren't going to do anything with it, could you consider selling it (not to me)? It's a decent card for its time and there will be plenty of people wanting to buy it.
