Max speed across devices?

My internet speed is 800 Mbps when hard wires into the xfinity modem.

 

The goal I have is to hardwire both computers, smart tv, and gaming console into the network, but is there away to have max speed across all hardwire device at the same time. I notice my current network switch splits the speed amongst active devices. I feel this is possible and would like to know how and what ill need to do so. if not than oh well bummer...

Negative, without delving into QoS to divide it equally among devices or prioritize one unless you pay for devices times 800Mbps for each then you're capped at 800Mbps spread across your devices.
