creating my first pc, need help

Budget (including currency): 1500/1600 €

Country: italy

as title says, i am building my first pc, and i need help figuring out what part would be best, i intend to use it mainly for gaming, secondary use would be school, using software like autoCAD and similar. 
another (probably dumb) question, can i reuse the ram of my old pc?

 

some more things i should say:
i don't NEED any peripherals, but i would like to get some good headphones if i have extra money, 
i already have 2 monitors, but one is quite old and still uses VGA cable. the other uses HDMI

Just to offer my two cents, It would be helpful if you use PCPartPicker to select a few parts, as it also has a compatibility checker which checks for compatibility between parts

 

I am sure the more senior members here would recommend you a good build soon
