New Ram / More Ram

So i am looking into getting my ram into my computer.
I am not sure if i can invest into the same couple or i have to get a couple of new ones.
 

Atm i have these, plain and simple.

Can i invest into another set and plug & play with em? 

And if not, do i need to invest into new couples??

You could mix kits if you just want 3000MHz. If you have like 3600MHz, adding extra sticks means it most likely can't reach near that.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

well, tbh i have no idea.. but hosting the games for my friends demands more then my puny 16gb ram.
and i have no idea what a higher speed actually will benefit..
isnt it safer to go for same kit 32gig then two different ones? sounds wierd. educate me hah..
