Yes, though devices joining each router could have the same lan ip, this would cause some problems when for example both pc's have the lan IP 192.168.x.4 from diffrent routers using the same isp you might get some problems. But if you setup dedicated (static lan ips) you should be fine.

Yes, but if you have an isp that charges for routers on the network, just get an extender.

I have never known of an Isp that will charge more for the amount of routers you have installed? I know they somtimes charge per mac addresses but routers?

In Canada they do.....Dam UK get better internet (soo jelly)

Thats unlucky, well in that case you will want to go with epeglab's option of an extender. If you are unsure I suggest you contact your Isp before buying anything.
