I have an Acer aspire m5 with a 3rd gen I5 in it.  I lent it to a friend of mine and randomly it won't boot past the logo screen.  I don't remember if it has windows 10 or 8 on it.  When ever I try to repair it with my disk or thumb drive one for 8 and one for 10. The only screen that I have been able to get to is the bios and the advanced boot manager.  Please help if you can and thank you.
