8GB of memory will hold you back in some places 

 

For a cheap system I'd be sticking to an APU like the 32/3400g and buying a gpu down the line. Its just not worth it to dump all that onto a 1650

Honestly, use the APU in the 11400 and then when GPU prices come back to normal get a RTX 3050 or smthn like that
