error when starting (error code doesn't match with problem)

hello everyone,

 

when i start the pc i get a error code of 3 long beeps witch would be ram.

but changing ram doens't work and i found out when i reinstall my cpu it works for a unspecified time before it either crashes or wont startup with the same error code.

cpu does work on my sons pc when switched

 

pc spect are:

 

msi mgp x570 gaming edge wifi

amd ryzen 3700X

2 x 8gb corsair ddr4 vengence

kingston a2000 500gb nvme ssd (boot)

cooler master mwe 80 plus bronse powersupply 650 watt

 

OS and bios

windows 10 pro 64 bit

bios update from mid april

Could be a bad cpu mount, make sure there's enough mounting pressure. 

 

You could try your son's cpu or 1 ram stick at a time in each slot.

i tried doing what you told.

 

 

cpu: when trying my sons cpu it did  even less then reinstalling my own cpu. (not even able to open windows)

ram: did not change anything.

 i think it is te socket so im going to get contact with msi and or the store i bought it and ask if it falls in to the warrenty and hope it will get fixt by the store or msi.

i am putting it as solution when it is confirmed by the store or msi...
