Build VS Build

So i'm upgrading my PC for GAMING purposes and i'm thinking of going one of two ways with it
i could either go with an AMD APU like i have here: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheQRoks/saved/4cQ1

OR, i could go with old parts from the Intel and Nvidia camps and use these parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3iGAC

 

I have my monitor and peripheral situation worked out and will be playing games at 1366x768

I want to know which is more for my money and if you have ANY changes, link them

change PSU before you do anything 

 

putting a grenade in your PC gives you exactly 0 FPS.

 

after defusing your PC, go with build 2.

I don't really have any links for you but I do have a suggestion, If there is one thing I have learned over the years, the one thing you want to make decent is the PSU, maybe look for a cheap be quit or thermal take psu.

the A8 build plays BF4 at medium details at 720P decently

I suggest saving up for more. 250 on this isnt worth it. Save up another 250.

My income is $7 every two weeks...

and my parents won't let me work until i'm out of High School

i'm selling my xbox(both because i need money and because i don't play it) for this build

it's not something i can do

Maybe you can do some smaller jobs around the house or for some neighbours to get some extra cash?

Maybe you can use some kind of finance option to buy a new pc, if you get your mum/dad to purchase you one then you can pay like $$$ per month.

In excahnge they maybe only give you 2$ pm or somthing thats like nothing but at least you will have a desktop pc to use.
