Use PCPartPicker, it's easier for people to read.

Parts look fine, case might be a bit sus. Depends on the price.

I'd probably get a different PSU, refer to the LTT PSU Tier List.

Yes the cx 750 will be the best and the x series cpu are for overclocking and if you are going to overclock then you need better cooler ,get an aio
