My RAM speed is showing up less than half the speed it should be

Ive had My Gskill aegis 16 gb ddr4 3000 mz ram sticks for a while and all of a sudden my game is bugging out and i check my task manager and my RAM is at 1067 Clock  speed.

Any Solutions?

So, because RAM is DDR, which means Double Data rate, sometimes it will come up as half that at 1500, since 1500x2 is 3000. When it says 1067, that leads me to believe that your ram is running at the stock 2133Mhz, what you need to do is go into the BIOS and either enable XMP or manually set the ram speed to 3000Mhz

If you watch LTT Videos, you sometimes hear about XMP Profiles. Those can be found in your UEFI/BIOS - They can be considered overclocking and enable your RAMs "true potential". However, the game bugging out has nothing to do with the RAM speed "suddenly" lowering itself. You probably never ran more than 2133Mhz.
