i just recently updated my drivers and now my games are all chopping, before the update my pc was fine. someone please help

first try to deinstall the drivers and then reinstall them

I don't really know my drivers I'm kind of new to this but my motherboard is ASUS Prime Z390-A Motherboard LGA1151 (Intel 8th And 9th Gen) ATX DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 USB 3.1 Gen2 Gigabit LAN and my gpu is GeForce gtx 1650

You updated drivers but don't know what drivers. Go to the supportpage of the MB and nVidia GeForce and download and install the drivers.
