Xubuntu backup

I have installed Xubuntu on USB flash drive. Can i create backup with FileZilla and load it on external SSD? I'm asking because bootloader.

There is such a thing as a liveCD. I don’t know it that is what you have or not though. Also I know nothing about FileZilla specifically.

Maybe try the backup program Timeshift (if may already be preinstalled).
