Ryzen 5 3400g issues

Hopefu Some can help, my ryzen 5 3400g shows up in bios without a problem, but when I let try to go into windows 10 or reinstall on a new disk it will freeze on the spinning dots after about 3 seconds and then I have to reset.

 

ive tried in on a few different motherboards and different hard drives but I have the same problem.

 

the bios is set to defaults and it's an b450 board

recreate the installer properly.

The installer is fine because I used it on another computer,  

 

lve even put it into another system that was working before and the same thing it happening. It's like it's stuck in a boot loop and freezing when it trys to load Windows 10
