Psu might be broken

My system will randomly shut off and only turn back on after a hard reset or unplugging it completely

Then youre not power constrained. Did you hear any crackle from the power supply these past few days? Thermals?

No and I have a fan zip tied to the top of it running at max speed so I don’t think so

Since it's RMi, you can control the fan curve with Corsair iCue.  Have you tried launching that to turn off the semi-passive fan mode?

Cant I tried but my parents threw the box away and Amazon won’t accept it now I may just get a 750 watt so I can upgrade eventually.
