troubleshoot OS Error?

When shut down/restarted, my computer will get hung up either on the boot screen, the start screen, or even while already logged on. I then have to force restart multiple times when this happens until it finally catches and works until I restart or shut down again. Normally, I don’t shut it down due to this, but I am honestly lost and confused as to what it can be.

i will do that again. it did the same before i got an SSD and moved my OS to it which required me to do a factory restart
