weird CPU cooler to use on that CPU

locked board + unlocked chip?

 

other parts looks ok, other than PSU which im not familiar with

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

You can save some by going with 3200Mhz RAM, You only need the 3600Mhz if you use Ryzen, but if you feel like you can spend the extra money, it wont hurt.

 

Go with a different mobo, otherwise there is no point in getting an overclockable CPU.

CPU cooler is too weak for that processor. Locked board for unlocked processor? And I would get an EVGA or Corsair power supply.

Just be aware that it's a "F" intel CPU. It won't have integrated graphics. You won't get display without the GPU. I know in your OP you said you were going to wait until you got the GPU at MSRP.
