Budget (including currency): 650€

Country: Italy 

I have 650€ but the gpu cost 349€ (gtx 1060 6gb Aourus oc edition), so it will be 300€, should I buy it??

and what part do you suggest for the other component that could fit in 300€?

As i stated in your previous post, stick with integrated graphics until GPU prices normalizes. That 1060 should not cost that much especially the 3GB variant in a normal market, even on used. If you REALLY need CUDA acceleration now, get something like Quadro K2000 or GTX 1050Ti on the used market.
