“Something like that” isn’t super useful.  Perhaps looking at the pinned posts in “troubleshooting” could give you an idea of the kind of data people will need to solve this one.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
