Are there any fan speed control / power management control tools that will change fan speed and gpu performance options based on applications that are running.   I want to automaticly crank the fans and turn up the gpu power regulator when i start more power hungry applications like games or unity  But also keep things tamed down when those applications are running.   Alienware command center has this ability  but you MUST launch the games and apps through command center for it to work.   And i dont like that.

Edit  Alienware Area51m R2 is my computer

Well i use radeon software and you can adjust the performance per game (nvidia has this too).

All you need to do is adjust the fan curve.

You can also do this in MSI Afterburner.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Most likely not a easy way. Fan controls work based on temp sensors. GPU power limits could be tied to profiles and hotkeys. Which you could them make AutoHotkey script with and tie that to software launching.
