I bought a PC from IBP with a 3090, Ryzen 9 5950x, and a Aurus x570 WiFi. I was hoping to plug it in and have it run, but a fool I was.
I get power to my fans and the leds go on, I get power out to my keyboard and mouse aswell. The lights on my motherboard and GPU both go on aswell. I’ve already tried to resocket my ram and used ram from my other computer to see if that was issue but got no post from either. I took the battery out of the CMOS and waited for 20m to reboot. After that I took the GPU out and put it back in after a few minutes. I’ve checked all visible plug connections and made sure they were snugly in their sockets but have had no luck in getting a signal from the pc.

I would honestly be contacting IBP support, as they're the ones that built it, and should support it.

That’s the plan, unfortunately they don’t open until Monday and have very limited hours that usually are when I’m working. I’ll eventually call them but was hoping maybe someone would know something that would work and I didn’t have to wait 3 days to be able to capp them.

It seems more of a display issue to me.

Is that the Aorus Elite, Master, Ultra, Pro???

Nvm I see it printed on the board. Was just tough to catch on my phone.

I just read through the mobo manual, and there doesn't appear to be any troubleshooting LEDs on this board.

Do you get any beep codes during boot?

Unfortunately no, I might try to re-socket the CPU when I get home and see if that works.
