Dont see why you cant. If you have an M.2 SSD plugged in, you might wanna check the manual to see what SATA data slots that are disabled.

Again, i dont see why you cant. because:

1. SATA is backwards compatible, you can plug in a SATA HDD to a SATA 3 port, and vice versa.

2. Your board have 4 SATA port built in.

 

Just chuck it in your case (mount it properly, HDDs are fragile) and youre off to the races.
