How do I enable resizable bar?

So I wanted to turn on the resizable feature on my PC since it was made possible with zen 3 with NVIDIA GPU. I have updated my motherboard BIOS, updated to the latest GPU drivers, and enabled the Resizable bar settings on the BIOS. But it still shows in the system information that the resizable bar is still off. I have read some tutorials and told me to update the VBIOS of the GPU, but I could not find any for my GPU on the MSI website. So yeah, I don't really know anything else I can do to enable it.

 

Additional Info:

Specs: Ryzen 5800x + Gigabyte b550m pro + MSI 3070 Ventus 3x

Mobo BIOS version: F13g

GPU Driver version: 466.11

You should be able to get the BIOS here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=NVIDIA&manufacturer=MSI&model=RTX+3070&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

 

You will also need to download GPU-z to see which BIOs you have to make sure you download the correct one.
