Holy crap thats wayyy too much for a 3600XT.

Get rid of that for a 5600X or a 11600K. 

For an 11600K you would have to change the motherboard to an MSI Z590 A Pro, but for a 5600X yu can stick with the current one, although once again I'd recommend the MSI B550 A Pro.

RAM looks good, Case is good, and everything else looks good. Good luck finding the gpu
